We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently close to the railway station and provided easy transportation to other parts of the city. The breakfast served was excellent, and we enjoyed the variety of options available. The staff was warm and welcoming, creating a home-away-from-home feel. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable.

The hotel staff at this location is exceptional! They are kind, helpful, and remember guests, creating a special bond. They go out of their way to make sure your trip is memorable. The rooms are comfortable and have a very generous shower. The attention to detail is evident in the amenities provided. The hotel's location is great. It is conveniently situated close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a beautiful Basilica and close to shops and coffee bars. It's also conveniently situated on the bus route, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious twin rooms and a very generous shower. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent, with a variety of food options to choose from.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Great shower pressure! Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect - right by the church bells and close to good restaurants. And free parking is always a plus.
The breakfast was very basic - just bread and cheese. The staff wasn't very friendly - they seemed annoyed when we asked for anything.

Located in a charming area with plentiful nearby cafes selling the most incredibly delicious hot chocolate; the hotel is either close to the railway station or an easy walk into the town. The room was incredibly clean with a good-sized bathroom, the staff provided efficient and friendly service. Breakfast was good enough to start the day with, and there is a bus stop right outside, allowing for easy transportation throughout the whole area.
The hotel can feel impersonal at times, which may not be enjoyable for guests seeking a more personal touch during their stay.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for exploring the town and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was the beautiful view from our room and the fact that it had a lovely garden where we could relax.
That the walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from other guests in nearby rooms. However, this didn't really detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay at this hotel.
